Our Swiss chalet is made of knotty pine with cozy reddish undertones & natural decorative rings (knots). It has 24 ft ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfy furniture.
This is the 'most entertaining' chalet in Arnold. The game room has a full-sized pool table, foosball, basketball, darts, kids games & board games.

Arrive at our property through a spacious private driveway that can accommodate 4 cars! Our flat driveway makes winter/snow access easy compared to other homes with steep driveways in Arnold.
This cabin is located in a premium resort community called 'Blue Lake Springs' with access to lakes, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, restaurants, golf courses & more.
When you enter the main door, you’ll be charmed with 24 feet ceilings and light-filled chalet windows. The huge living room has premium couches, recliner chairs, coffee table & wood-stove fireplace.

Just 5 stairs to access the house.
Thereafter, no stairs are needed to access the living room, kitchen, dining area, a queen bedroom, the master bedroom, bathroom, laundry area & our gorgeous decks.
This 'main level living' is great if you have elderly folks, kids, or members with disability or mobility challenges.

Guests have labeled our cabin 'the most entertaining chalet' in Arnold... thanks to our delightful game room.
The game room upstairs has a full-sized 'heirloom' pool table that brings the entire family together.
We also have foosball, indoor basketball, dart, kid's games, a play mat, hot wheels, card & board games like exploding kittens, scrabble, chess, toss-a-ring, etc.
Retro "Budweiser" and “Spuds MacKenzie'' art adorns the game room. The Spuds is BudLight's mascot from the late 80's! We have unique collectibles that make great IG photos!

Our cabin is located within a premium resort community called Blue Lake Springs, which gives you access to:

Please note that the BLS HOA Amenities are available Memorial Day through Labor Day, for the following fees:
• individual daily passes $20/person
• group daily passes (up to 6 people) $100/group,
• individual 3-day passes $50/person
• group 3-day passes (up to 6 people) $250/group,
• individual weekly passes $100/person and
• group weekly passes (up to 6 people) $400/group.
These fees are charged onsite by the community office. Prices are subject to minor changes without notice.
Note: Some amenities may be limited due to weather or maintenance at the discretion of the resort office.

• At 4,400 ft above sea level, we get a lot of snow & our skies are clear for star-gazing
• We have an abundance of wildlife. Deers & squirrels visit frequently. You may also spot a bear if lucky!
• Sleep listening to the winds whistling through the woods.
• 5 mins to White Pines lake & the Arnold Rim trail.
• 25 mins to Bear Valley & the Skyline Bear Valley Ski Resort
• 45 mins to Sonora & 50 mins to Twain Harte
• 15 mins to historic Murphys, CA. Murphys has a gorgeous downtown, fabulous food, vineyards, and more
▶︎ Sleeping Arrangement
• Bedroom 1: One King bed + One Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: One Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: One Queen bed + One Bunk bed. The bunk bed is for kids only. The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor next to the Game Room. There's no door for this bedroom so that limits privacy.
• Living Rm: One large couch + Queen Air mattress. Please Bring Your Own Bedding (BYOB) for the air mattresses & couch.

All our beds are King or Queen sized - so they are huge! 8-10 adults can sleep comfortably. However, our cabin has the capability to sleep 12-14 (including children) using alternate sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses, couches & bed sharing. Please take note of the bedroom and bed setups to make sure our cabin will work for your group.

Two outdoor cameras protect our property. One camera is installed above the main entrance and protects the main entrance and our driveway. The other camera is installed on the front wall and protects our front yard and driveway.
