One of the largest homes in Twain Harte: more than 3,200 square feet in a community of upscale mountain homes, under towering pines and cedars at 4,400 ft, with views of the Stanislaus National Forest.
The formal living room has a fireplace and bay windows onto the trees; the family room has a large sectional, a 65 inch TV and a wood stove. There is a game room with foosball and board games, a climbing wall, a large sundeck, and a fenced backyard with a play structure for the kids.
Most of the beds are king or queen size. The living room, family room, kitchen, dining areas, a queen bedroom, the half bath and the deck are all on the main level, with no stairs.
Lakewood Park Lake is about a 15-minute walk, with Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge a short drive.
